A rendezvous with a Bonbon

Where am I: Paris with BonBon

One of my secret weapons as a lady is having my own unique scent, what can I do, I am a creature of habits. Anyone who knows me well can tell what it is. It’s no secret that your favorite perfume becomes a part of who you are and often recognized by close people as your own.

The Dutch designers are known for their avant-gard ideas, they made their name in the fashion industry with groundbreaking couture cuts and conceptual show ideas and their shy and artistic characters made them one of the most appreciated fashion designers of our time.

Bonbon in translation from French means candy so no wonder this bow shaped fragrance is so delicious, it’s sweetness comes from it’s caramel base.  Created with the intent to fuel desire through a scent so irresistible that one would deem it edible.
Bonbon Couture is an evolution of the iconic designers’ provocative masterpieces, conceptual glamour and unexpected elegance of Viktor and Rolf’s Haute Couture collection which I had the pleasure to see in person – Yes, the photos you are seeing here are from that exact couture show 2 years ago.

The bottle of Bonbon Couture is a luxurious object symbolizing Viktor & Rolf’s atelier of expression. In the face of extreme technical difficulty, the shining bottle is sculted with the precision and craftsmanship required in the creation of a couture piece by Master craftsmen from renowned Pochet du Courval.
The original addictive fragrance becomes more irresistibly attractive. Bonbon Couture is a more deliciously caramel interpretation of the original Bonbon haute confection fragrance. With the delicate layers of oriental gourmand notes, comes the inextricable link between the senses of smell and taste, which evoke deep olfactory experiences.

The Perfume available at the James Richardson – Duty Free in Israel and as an homage to the iconic ad campaign of the fragrance staring Edita Vilkeviciute, several Israeli female icons photographed in that same iconic pose.

In other words as you can tell me and the pink bowed fragrance bonded on a romantic day in sunny Paris and boy it was Tres sweet!
